The entire introduction to diving program will take you about 5 hours. You will go through a short training course and get acquainted with the equipment. During the training, you will learn the basics of diving theory, listen to a briefing, get to know the gear, have everything fitted to your size, put it on, and then we'll head to the pool where we will practice the essential diver skills.
We do all of this first in the pool under ideal conditions, so that when you get to the sea, you can comfortably dive with scuba gear and fully enjoy the experience.
Then we'll gear up and head to the sea for a dive, where — under the instructor's supervision — you'll be able to swim consciously and explore the underwater world and its inhabitants.
Any healthy person can take part in this introductory program, including children as young as 10 years old.
To participate in this training experience, you need to have the desire to learn scuba diving, be healthy, active, and know how to swim.
